Please note the date and time in your diary. There is an overlap of times as shown, taking into account reporting time + attendance taking + heigh and weight measurement. Please be punctual. Report as a class in your PE attire.

Only valid reason will be considered for any change/swop in timing. Please inform Mrs A Wee (ext 825, aline@rgs.edu.sg) one week in advance if you have a valid reason. Examples of valid reasons: an assessment/examination, official school function, and rep in the school competition.

The school will hand over your health booklet to the medical officer. For those with medical conditions, please bring along any existing medical report/ doc's letter that you have which certifies you fir/unfit for the period up to 31 January 2009.

Hi all Sec 2s class reps,

Thanks for getting back to me. I understand that some of the girls need to take their 3rd language exam which happen to fall on the same day as the dance exam. Thus, I've scheduled all Sec 2s dance exams before your 3rd language exams.

If the girls feel that they need extra time to revise for their 3rd lang before the exam, they can take their dance exam on 8 November 2008 at Toa Payoh South CC. However, do note that their partners will still have to take dance exam on this Friday, 26 Sept. This means that, some of the girls not taking 3rd lang will have to help to partner these girls. Note that girls volunteering will only be assessed once.

Class-reps, kindly acknowlege the receival of this mail and re-submit the following:
1. Names and register no. of girls going away for 3rd language exams.
2. Their choice of doing the dance exam on 26 Sept or 8 Nov.Lastly, do make sure that partners of the 3rd lang girls have partners during the dance exam. Many Thanks and RSVP ASAP!

1. Please take note of your Latin Dancesport Exam time on Friday 26th September 2008. You are to photocopy this notice as reference to your CCA or any other affected subject teacher for permission to attend the exam should it be at the same time. (it will be put up soon)

Our timing slot is: from 2.15pm to 2.30pm.

those people attending 3rd Language, you are to report to school to take the test if your 3rd Lang examination is not within or near (for most of you unless you are a special case, it should be at least 1 hour break) that time. I will clarify further details with Miss Gloria and update you.
1. Please be ready at least 20 mins before your exam time.
2. Please ensure that you are not late for your assessment
3. You are to line up outside the Sport Climbing area in 2s with you and your partner with a label that has your Name, Index no. & class pasted on your uniforms
4. Please follow the index no as in your class list. Labels should be pasted front & back for both genders
5. Please use socks with no holes
6. Please ensure that your hair is neatly in place
7. Bring a big bright smile with a great sense of humor, personality & style.

It's Thursday already, signifying the almost-to-end holidays.
But tomorrow's Friday and I'm sure all of yall are excited already. :)

1) MONEY $$$ To your own discretion. I would say $50 at least? $3 Monorail, $5/hr Bike, and I think an umbrella at Sentosa would cost you at least $10 ROFL. I kid, I kid. Oh yeahh and food too!
2) Extra set of clothes. Yeh there's gonna be wet games THAT WILL BE FUN so if you don't bring your extra set of clothing, you either freeze to death in driping water, don't play (which you will regret, seriously) or ... aiya SAVE YOURSELF ALL THAT TROUBLE AND BRING LA
3) Camera - OMG I WANT PICTURES SERIOUSLY YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I WANNA GO ARGH D: THE LEAST I CAN GET ARE PICTURES SO SOMEONE, PLEASEEEE :D
4) Beach mats, beach balls, PAILS :D For games if not yall will be BORED. And it's not a good thing to be bored at class outings. :) Don't think 'aiya someone else will bring' hor :D BRING!!!
5) Food. Be nice and share. There's Delifrance there though...
6) Toiletries if yall plan to bathe/freshen up after getting wet :)
7) MOV TO STUDY FOR YOUR DAMNED LIT QUIZ WHICH YOU HAVEN'T STUDIED FOR (KIDDING!!!! DON'T BRING AH LATER FALL INTO THE WATER)
